"On Yir Bike Son"
July 17th 05 we head off
on a week long cycle round the Western Isles of Scotland through
some of the most breath taking scenery in the UK. The first
port of Call is Oban followed by the ferry to Barra then The Uist's,
up to Harris and a mammoth cycle through the Isle of Skye. Explore
the photo gallery above or use the Island Selector to view your favorite
Isle, or just sit back and read the thrills and spills from my trip
as i battled through torrential rain and blistering sunshine, only
what is to be expected in such an environment. After 186 miles
of cycling and about 307 photos I have put this site together to let
others see just how great the Western Isles of Scotland are wither
your in it for the golden yellow beaches, the most rugged mountain
terrain in the UK or just the friendly locals The Hebrides have
